B2B Sales Business Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Business Manager to join our team at Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in the B2B market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities to meet ambitious targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share business insights and drive growth.
  • Design and implement business propositions to attract corporate clients.
  • Contribute to improving commercial governance and customer base.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Manage and maintain CRM tools, including Salesforce.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of growing and retaining client accounts across various stakeholders.
  • Experience with sales process management, from qualification to close.
  • Understanding of client requirements and goal setting.
  • Highly organized and disciplined with excellent time management skills.
  • Desirable: Telecoms experience.
