Business Development Manager B2B

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Business Manager to join our team at Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in the B2B market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities to meet ambitious targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share business insights and drive growth.
- Design and implement business propositions to attract corporate clients.
- Contribute to improving commercial governance and customer base.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Manage and maintain CRM tools, including Salesforce.
- Proven track record of growing and retaining client accounts across various stakeholders.
- Experience with sales process management, from qualification to close.
- Understanding of client requirements and goal setting.
- Highly organized and disciplined with excellent time management skills.
- Desirable: Telecoms experience.
