Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our Data Center Solutions team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with our distribution partners in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the data center market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our distribution partners, identifying opportunities for growth and providing technical and commercial support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop value propositions and solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our partners and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in data center solutions.
  • Technical degree in a relevant field, such as industrial engineering or electronic engineering.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
