Key Responsibilities:- Customer-Facing:
- Maintain and develop customer relationships to drive business growth
- Meet with new and existing clients to create campaign briefs and ensure campaign goals are met
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and telemarketing efforts
- Team Management:
- Coach and motivate the telemarketing team to achieve sales targets

- Monitor call quality and handle inbound customer calls
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to directors regularly
- Proven experience in business, account management, telemarketing, and team management
