We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our Interventional Spine Franchise, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in our assigned cluster.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development plans to accelerate growth and profitability in line with divisional goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including academic institutions, research centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market and procedure knowledge to drive growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and maintain working relationships with key accounts and negotiate profitable business ventures.
- Develop and execute projects to grow treatment numbers and differentiate from competition.
- 5-7 years of experience in MedTech Sales / Marketing, with previous business development and sales management experience desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Scientific, or Health Care Professional.
- Fluency in English and local language.
- Preferred experience in MedTech with capital and device experience.
