Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our Data Center Solutions team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with our distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the UK market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our distribution partners, identifying opportunities for growth and providing technical and commercial support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop value propositions and solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including connecting with end customers, contractors, and consultants to increase visibility and drive sales.
  • Organize training and capacity-building programs for our partners to enhance their skills and grow our business.
  • Develop and execute sales pipelines and forecasts to ensure business visibility and success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the data center or critical environment sector.
  • Technical degree in industrial engineering, electronic engineering, or a related field, and relevant experience.
  • Profound knowledge of the local market and data center industry.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet business deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and excellent English language skills.
