Job Overview

The Strategic National Account Executive plays a crucial role in nurturing and expanding relationships with major clients. This position is responsible for meeting sales objectives, representing the company's offerings to clients, and ensuring that customer requirements are effectively addressed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key client accounts
  • Achieve sales goals and strategic targets
  • Oversee account planning and performance evaluations
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Facilitate Equipment and Service Engagements
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Operations teams
  • Provide leadership and support to fulfill client objectives
  • Assist in Digital Marketing initiatives
  • Report directly to the VP of National Accounts
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Performance Metrics

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and profitability goals
  • Achieve strategic objectives for client accounts
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Implement MinerCARE Programs
  • Drive revenue growth initiatives
  • Enhance margins through relationship-based selling
  • Complete all required training objectives
  • Fulfill other key performance indicators as defined

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in national accounts
  • 5-10 years of experience in the dock and door sector
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel extensively
