With 500 acres of stunning landscape, our guests can unwind and recharge in a serene environment. As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our guests feel pampered and cared for throughout their stay.

About the Role:

The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our housekeeping department. This includes assigning tasks to room attendants, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly. You'll work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assign tasks to room attendants and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate with guests and other departments to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate room re-allocation and special requests.
  • Prepare evening special amenities lists for the Turndown shift.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Alert management to any technical issues or glitches.
  • Monitor and coordinate special projects.
  • Prepare daily room attendants' schedules for approval.
  • Resolve traces in the Opera system.
  • Check on early arrivals and ensure rooms are ready within time limits.
  • Use software systems to track tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Update management on important operational matters.

What You Bring:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with computer systems to allocate rooms.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Work authorization for the United Kingdom.
