About the role:
The Housekeeping Supervisor at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is instrumental in guaranteeing guest satisfaction and operational effectiveness. This role involves overseeing housekeeping functions, coordinating tasks, and ensuring effective communication among team members.
Responsibilities:
Your key duties will include:
- Delegating responsibilities to room attendants and tracking their progress
- Addressing inquiries from guests and staff
- Managing room assignments and special requests
- Facilitating communication with team members across various departments
- Preparing schedules and reports for management review
- Resolving any issues or challenges in a timely manner
- Utilizing software systems for effective task management
What you bring:
