Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing a section of the Housekeeping staff to ensure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel.
  • Train and coach the staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Schedule work to be done daily, collect room and floor status sheets for assigned work areas, and monitor each Room Attendant's daily progress.
  • Coordinate work orders in assigned section, follow up to ensure work is completed, and release checkout rooms to be sold.
  • Monitor the performance of House Attendants, ensure there are sufficient supplies on the guest floors, and check the cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators, and Linen Closets.
  • Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Room Attendant, and House Porters.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Previous experience in Housekeeping is required, supervisory experience preferred.
