Retail Operations Manager

END. is a leading technology-driven retailer of luxury and contemporary menswear, seeking an ambitious and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our Newcastle Retail Store.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences, and our Store on Grey Street has established itself as the premier destination for cutting-edge sportswear, leading Japanese brands, and luxury collections in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining store operations, ensuring continuity and excellence in all aspects.
- Take on full managerial tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Develop a deep understanding of Store Operations, including processes and procedures.
- Lead the team in delivering outstanding service, showcasing exemplary techniques and motivating others to do the same.
- Drive sales growth by motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate them to the Store Manager regularly.
- Maintain a store image that aligns with business standards, conducting regular floor walks and ensuring product and merchandising standards are met.
- Contribute to financial management, supporting the Store Manager in managing wage-to-sales budget, shrinkage, and revenue.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers.
- Demonstrate a broad skill base in business management, with a passion for the retail industry.
- Exhibit ambition and a desire to develop into a successful Store Manager.

- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
