Join Our Dynamic Team as a Credit Controller

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Controller to become a vital part of our energetic accounts receivable department. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the company's financial health through effective management and collection of customer payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute invoices and credit notes to all credit customers promptly.
  • Accurately record all incoming payments into the financial system.
  • Ensure that payments are collected within the established payment terms.
  • Proactively manage overdue accounts to ensure they are settled by month-end.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Review and adjust credit limits as requested by the sales team.
  • Set up new customer accounts in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assist with the creation of Allicat online accounts and address customer inquiries as needed.
  • Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) from branches and external carriers.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the credit control function.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Hybrid options available)

What You Will Need:

  • Experience in finance administration.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in handling customer complaints.
  • A confident and courteous telephone demeanor.
  • Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in Sales Ledger or Credit Control is preferred.
