Job Overview

Imperium Financial Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Insolvency Solicitor to provide expert legal advice and support on a range of insolvency matters, contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on insolvency issues: Provide expert guidance on corporate restructuring, administration, liquidation, and bankruptcy.
  • Handle complex insolvency litigation: Represent clients in court and manage dispute resolutions.
  • Draft and review legal documents: Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents related to insolvency and restructuring cases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with insolvency practitioners, accountants, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies for asset recovery and creditor repayment.
  • Conduct legal research: Stay updated on the latest insolvency laws, regulations, and case precedents.
  • Provide strategic advice: Offer guidance on risk management and compliance with insolvency legislation.
  • Develop client relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and a high level of service.
  • Support business development: Identify new opportunities and contribute to marketing initiatives.
  • Mentor junior solicitors: Guide and support junior solicitors and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualified solicitor: Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in insolvency law.
  • Proven track record: Manage complex insolvency cases and litigation.
  • Strong understanding: Insolvency legislation, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent skills: Legal drafting, negotiation, and advocacy.
  • Desirable experience: Business development and client relationship management.
