As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the welcoming face that greets our guests, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service, efficiently managing guest requests and going the extra mile to ensure their stay is unforgettable.

This is a full-time role that requires flexibility in working hours, including early shifts (7am-3:30pm), late shifts (2:00pm-10:30pm), and middle shifts (10am-6:30pm), which will include weekends on a rotating basis.

What we seek in a Front Desk Associate:


• Previous experience in the hospitality sector or a comparable role, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional guest service.

• Strong communication skills and the capability to foster positive relationships with colleagues and guests.

• Reliability and a polished personal appearance.

• Competence in using IT software; familiarity with Opera is a plus (training will be provided if necessary).
