Reception Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Shift Leader to join our team at Radisson Blu Hotel, London South Kensington. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area, and supervising the department in the absence of the manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide courteous and efficient service to all guests, maintaining the highest standards of customer service at all times.
  • Supervise the reception area, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that the area is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the reception, including managing the front desk, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that the department is running smoothly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or supervisor in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to guests at all times.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high standards.
  • Ability to work independently, with a minimum of supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
