Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced chef to join our team at The Lakes Care Centre. As a Chef, you will have the creative freedom to design menus and cook nutritious, high-quality meals that our residents will love.

  • Manage a small team of culinary professionals
  • Ensure high standards of nutrition, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen
  • Cater for various events and functions
  • Design menus that cater to various dietary needs and preferences
  • Manage kitchen budgets and stock levels effectively

About You

We are looking for a chef with previous experience in a professional kitchen, menu planning for specialist diets, and leading a team. While a Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership is desirable, it is not essential. You should be able to engage with elderly residents, manage budgets effectively, and maintain stock levels.
