Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Conference & Events Operations Manager to join our team at De Vere. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of client requirements and upholding our esteemed De Vere brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the events team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Coordinate and execute conferences, events, and weddings to the highest standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage event budgets and ensure financial efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event experiences
Requirements:
- Proven experience in conference and events management
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of event management software and systems
