We are conducting a confidential executive search on behalf of a KSA mega development project. Our client is seeking an exceptional leader to join their team as the Head of Construction Delivery.

This role suits candidates from a construction delivery background with hands-on experience leading large-scale complex projects from start to finish. Tenure matters to our client, so preference will be given to candidates who have a track record of seeing projects through their entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of all project phases, from conception to completion.
  • Oversee large-scale project management activities, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and partners, to drive project success.
  • Implement best practices in project delivery, risk management, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and lead a high-performing delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive innovative approaches to project delivery, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 25 years of experience in executive delivery roles within large-scale, complex construction and real estate projects.
  • Proven track record of leading large and diverse teams and managing multifaceted projects in dynamic environments.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, and operational best practices.
  • An advanced degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. MBA will be considered an asset.
