Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing relationships with key clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including self-builders, bespoke developers, and architects
  • Be an ambassador for sustainable construction methods and promote our company's values and mission
  • Work closely with the commercial director to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in the construction industry
  • Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly construction methods
  • Full UK driver's license
  • Live commutable distance to Christchurch
