Business Development Manager (Construction)

Location: Bournemouth, Hybrid

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Commission (£55,000-£65,000 OTE) + Progression Opportunities + Training + Life Style Allowance + Other Benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing company. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our revenue and spreading the message of eco-friendly building methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting self-builders, bespoke developers, and architects
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients
  • Contribute to the growth and expansion of our company through innovative sales techniques and strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, reporting to the office based near Christchurch 3 days per week
