About the Role:

Coburg Banks Limited is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead their sales team. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing a team of National Account Managers who sell to the grocery and high street retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and expand customer base.
  • Manage, support, coach, and grow the sales team.
  • Introduce more structure to the business to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Potentially take on account responsibilities, though this is unlikely.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing sales teams, even if they are small.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector, either food or non-food.
  • Understanding of how to sell to retail and distribution channels.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, analytical, and detail-oriented business environment.
