As a Culinary Apprentice, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes that meet specifications and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintaining hygiene standards and safety protocols in the kitchen to ensure the well-being of your team and guests.
  • Communicating effectively with your colleagues to deliver high-quality meals promptly.
  • Staying informed about new products, menus, and promotional offerings.

Your apprenticeship will encompass:

  • A combination of in-person and virtual catch-ups every six weeks to discuss feedback and progress.
  • A blend of on-the-job and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars.
  • Regular reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and apprenticeship Trainer.
  • The opportunity to obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you do not already possess GCSE qualifications).
  • A Chef Apprenticeship Qualification upon successful completion of the 15-month program.
