As a Culinary Apprentice, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes that meet specifications and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintaining hygiene standards and safety protocols in the kitchen to ensure the well-being of your team and guests.
- Communicating effectively with your colleagues to deliver high-quality meals promptly.
- Staying informed about new products, menus, and promotional offerings.
Your apprenticeship will encompass:
- A combination of in-person and virtual meetings every six weeks to discuss feedback and progress.
- A blend of on-the-job and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars.
- Regular reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and apprenticeship Trainer.
- The opportunity to obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you do not already possess GCSE qualifications).
- A Chef Apprenticeship Qualification upon successful completion of the 15-month program.
