Key Responsibilities:- Gathering and Presenting Evidence: The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and presenting evidence to ensure a fair customer outcome.
- Building Customer Relationships: Building a relationship with customers to guide them through the complaints process and provide a smooth and customer-focused service.
- Workload Management: Managing a workload and investigating regulated complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Experience: Providing a first-class customer experience, in line with regulatory standards, and making decisions on cases and calculating payments.
