Customer Complaints Advisor - Utilities

Hours: Monday to Friday

£50 per hour

12 months back office complaints experience is essential for this role.

Kura provides award-winning outsourced contact centre solutions across the UK and South Africa. Its software subsidiary, Inisoft, develops advisor desktop solutions with full omni-channel capabilities, sold globally. Kura & Inisoft create and provide services and solutions to over 50 clients across many industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via telephone and email to increase customer satisfaction, delivering the highest quality of customer service to enhance the customer experience and resolve complex complaints.
  • Resolve complex issues within time constraints, preventing complaints from being escalated to the Energy Ombudsman.
  • Achieve assigned key performance indicators / targets.
  • Navigate between different computer systems.
  • Twelve months back office complaints experience within a call centre.
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of the UK energy market is desirable
