Customer Complaints Advisor - Utilities

Join Kura, a leading provider of outsourced contact centre solutions, as a Customer Complaints Advisor in our Utilities team. We're looking for an experienced professional to help us deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complex complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers via telephone and email to increase customer satisfaction and resolve complex complaints.
  • Resolve issues within time constraints, preventing complaints from being escalated to the Energy Ombudsman.
  • Navigate between different computer systems to ensure efficient complaint resolution.
  • Achieve assigned key performance indicators / targets.
Requirements:
  • Twelve months back office complaints experience within a call centre.
  • Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Knowledge of the UK energy market is desirable.
