Customer Complaints Specialist

Join Kura, a leading provider of outsourced contact centre solutions, as a Customer Complaints Advisor in our Utilities team. We're looking for an experienced professional to help us deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complex complaints.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers via telephone and email to increase customer satisfaction and resolve complex complaints.
- Resolve issues within time constraints, preventing complaints from being escalated to the Energy Ombudsman.
- Navigate between different computer systems to ensure efficient complaint resolution.
- Achieve assigned key performance indicators / targets.
- Twelve months back office complaints experience within a call centre.
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Knowledge of the UK energy market is desirable.
