Customer Complaints Specialist

Join Kura, a leading provider of outsourced contact centre solutions, as a Customer Complaints Advisor in our Utilities team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via telephone and email to resolve complex complaints and enhance the customer experience.
- Resolve issues within time constraints and prevent complaints from being escalated to the Energy Ombudsman.
- Navigate between different computer systems to ensure efficient complaint resolution.
- Achieve assigned key performance indicators / targets to drive customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
As a Complaints Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers' concerns are addressed promptly and resolved effectively. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality customer service and resolve complex complaints.
Requirements:
- 12 months back office complaints experience within a call centre.
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
