About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Taylor Shaw. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen operations to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
  • Monitor and control kitchen budgets to ensure financial targets are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, with a strong background in kitchen management and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards
