Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

Contract Type: 12 months

Working Hours: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days on-site per week

Salary: £35.50 FCSA Umbrella, £25.50 PAYE

Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team at Entech Technical Solutions Ltd. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in IT and computer systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
