The Role

  • To manage existing key and national on-trade customers and RTM Accounts, driving business growth and expansion.
  • To identify and open up new key/national account listings, leveraging industry connections and relationships.
  • To spot opportunities and capitalize on them, staying ahead of the competition.
  • To inspire and motivate others within the team with expertise and passion, fostering a collaborative environment.

This Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for an experienced Key Account Manager/National Account Manager/Senior National Account Manager to shape a role for themselves, either within national accounts or in people management.

About You

  • An experienced KAM/NAM/SNAM with a passion for the spirits industry and a desire to work for a smaller company, making a real impact.
  • A self-motivated go-getter with experience managing key or national on-trade customers, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience managing RTM customers is a plus, as is spirits industry experience, although BWS experience is a must.
  • Based in London, with a strong understanding of the UK market and its dynamics.
