Position Summary: We are seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee our partnerships with Commercial Cleaning distribution channels within the Facilities Management sector.

Compensation: The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000, with an additional 15-25% bonus structure, along with a car or car allowance.

Work Environment: This position is primarily remote, requiring travel across your designated territory to nurture existing relationships and acquire new clients. The role is balanced with approximately 70% account management and 30% new business development, targeting a 20% year-over-year growth with current clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned vertical accounts (Tier 1 & 2), ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to budgetary goals within Facilities Management clients.
  • Collaborate with UK sales teams to identify sector-specific opportunities through strategic account relationships.
  • Establish and maintain robust, sustainable relationships with clients at all organizational levels, crafting tailored growth strategies in partnership with the Head of Verticals and the Business Intelligence team.
  • Prepare comprehensive portfolio reports for management, providing visibility into opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Utilize the Business Intelligence system to analyze data, pinpoint areas for enhancement and growth, and translate findings into actionable plans.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and the Marketing and Communications team to equip vertical customers with essential information, fostering confidence in their investment and commitment to the brand.
  • Demonstrate a strong background in face-to-face sales, particularly in New Business and Account Management within the Cleaning, Laundry, or Electronic Appliance sectors, or related to Facilities Management.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to New Business development, leveraging the company's established reputation to elevate sales performance.
