The Role
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Key Account Manager, you will provide a key client management service for major energy projects in London, primarily with local authority clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure existing key customers are happy with their service and that all aspects of the contracts run smoothly, promptly resolving any issues as they arise.
- Engage with clients at all stages of project development, acting as an initial point of contact for all queries in allocated regions.
- Work closely with our engineering and operations team for seamless contract delivery.
- Develop new project commercials and seek further opportunities with clients.
- Attend regular project progress meetings with clients.
- Provide regular updates and support to the Head of Customer Experience.
- Manage and measure client satisfaction.
- Support the Delivery and Finance teams.
Requirements
- Customer or account management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to communicate complex proposals simply.
