Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing business from key/major account customers in the London region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of projects to ensure smooth running of accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Build strong relationships with major accounts and ensure regular meetings are held
- Ensure all leads are followed up and converted into sales
- Work closely with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong business development skills and ability to identify new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
