Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Engineering Manager to join our team in the Southern Region of the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our key accounts and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing key accounts, including OEMs, end-users, and engineering contractors.
- Sell and promote our products and services to instrumentation and piping engineers, as well as key buyers within each account category.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide product feedback and identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
- Identify and address competitive postures and work with management to develop local strategies to combat these.
- Ensure a customer-focused approach and coordinate product approvals at key target accounts.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and engineering, with a strong background in mechanical engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Results-driven and strategic thinker, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
