Depot Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Depot Supervisor to join our team at SRL Traffic Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our depot's daily activities, ensuring smooth logistics, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide your team to achieve operational excellence, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and colleagues, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional customer service.
- Logistics Management: Oversee schedules, deliveries, and collections, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills to keep operations running smoothly.
- Health & Safety: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, guaranteeing a safe working environment for all team members.
- On-Call Support: Participate in the on-call rota to ensure the depot operates efficiently outside of regular hours.
- Hands-On Work: Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the physical aspects of operations when needed.
