We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Depot Supervisor to join our dynamic team at HB People Recruitment & HR Specialists. As a Depot Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of depot staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the depot, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Multi-tasking: Oversee multiple tasks and responsibilities, ensuring all operations are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Health and Safety: Enforce and maintain health and safety standards across all depot activities.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage inventory, equipment, and resources to ensure efficient depot functioning.
  • On-Call Rota: Participate in an on-call rota to provide support outside of regular working hours.
  • Physical Demands: Handle physical tasks and responsibilities, including manual labour and equipment management.
