Depot Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Depot Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Watford. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of our traffic light installations, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and our teams are safe and productive.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of around ten people, ensuring they are suitably prepared to arrive at client sites to complete installation works within programmed timescales.
- Ensure that our H&S procedures are followed to ensure the safety of our teams, clients, and the public.
- Work collaboratively with our clients to deliver high-quality installations and exceed their expectations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Proven experience in supervising onsite works, with a strong background in highway installations.
- Ability to work at heights and possess a full driving license with no more than 6 points.
- Experience working in a highways environment and ability to prioritize tasks and activities.
- Desirable qualifications include City and Guilds qualification or equivalent in highway installations, Sector 8 Accreditation, and Health and Safety qualifications.
