We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Depot Supervisor to join our team at SRL Traffic Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our depot's daily activities, ensuring smooth logistics management, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve operational excellence, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and colleagues, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional customer service.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee the efficient management of schedules, deliveries, and collections, utilizing your organizational skills to optimize depot operations.
  • Health & Safety: Uphold the highest standards of health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in the on-call rota to provide support outside of regular working hours, ensuring the depot runs smoothly and efficiently.
