Depot Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Depot Supervisor to join our team at SRL Traffic Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our depot team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide your team to achieve operational excellence.
- Communication: Be the primary point of contact for customers and colleagues, ensuring smooth collaboration and top-notch customer service.
- Logistics Management: Manage schedules, deliveries, and collections to ensure seamless operations.
- Health & Safety: Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- On-Call Support: Participate in the on-call rota to ensure the depot runs smoothly outside of regular hours.
- Hands-On Work: Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get involved with the physical side of operations.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized. If you are a natural problem solver, a team player, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
