Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reception Administrator. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for visitors, students, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive first impression for all visitors
  • Manage a range of reception and administrative duties, including answering the switchboard and responding to inquiries
  • Work closely with the Estates and Security Team to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an educational or administrative setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
