About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at Primary Care Management Solutions Ltd. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules
  • Process and respond to patient inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including data entry and document scanning
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and patient care

Requirements

  • GCSE level or equivalent in Mathematics and English
  • AMSPAR Receptionists Qualification or equivalent
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
