We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our team at Primary Care Management Solutions Ltd. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clinical team.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules
- Process and respond to patient inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including data entry and document scanning
- Ensure the smooth operation of the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Support the team in achieving high standards of patient care and service delivery
