About the Role

County Rents is a leading provider of temporary accommodation solutions to local authorities, government organizations, and other bodies. With over 14 years of experience, we take pride in our ability to support individuals and families in need of safe and secure housing.

Job Summary

The Property Officer is a critical member of our customer service team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation services. This role involves welcoming families into their new homes, conducting periodic inspections, and investigating any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out periodic inspections of properties to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Identify and address any maintenance issues or hazards that may affect the safety and well-being of our tenants.
  • Produce detailed inventory reports and conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our service centre team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Upload reports and condition videos in a timely manner to ensure accurate records.
  • Assist with ad-hoc queries and provide support to our business and tenants as needed.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid UK driving license and own a reliable vehicle.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Be proactive and flexible in your approach to work.
