We are currently seeking a Retrofit Project Administrator to support our team in Slough. The successful candidate will provide guidance and monitoring of all PAS 2030/35 standards, supporting client engagement strategies, and assisting in the development of Client and Business Unit Zero Carbon reduction roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the company's SHE policy/strategy and be able to work closely with scheme Retrofit Coordinators, Project Managers, and other key personnel. They will assist with the collation of relevant data and preparation of reports, manage client interactions, and support major projects.

The successful candidate will also have a good understanding of the Carbon Net Zero agenda, collate, analyze, and produce statistical Fuel Poverty data, and apply current and proposed UK Zero Carbon Solutions related legislation to project solutions.

They will work with the Operations Manager to embed Zero Carbon Solutions within Projects, assist in data analysis related to Compliance, Carbon, Waste, and Community initiatives, and review and assist in the implementation of energy-efficient programs.

The ideal candidate will be up-to-date with new developments in Zero Carbon Solutions and environmental management, able to build relationships with project managers and contractors, and have knowledge of Zero Carbon Solutions strategy implementation.

They will be skilled in data analysis and translating this into reports, have initiative-taking support to operational business units, and have relevant construction sector experience, preferably in housing.

The successful candidate will also have up-to-date knowledge of UK Building Regs Part L, Part O.
