Compensation: £26,000 + up to £10,000 Bonus

As a Sales Consultant for Events, your primary responsibility will be to enhance revenue from award entries and delegate sales across leading brands and events. Your main objective is to expand our sales through exceptional, award-winning events. You will be expected to embody the team's standards and behaviors, demonstrating a strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Your tenacity and resilience will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain consistent communication with your accounts to foster strong relationships and drive year-over-year growth.
  • Achieve year-over-year growth of your portfolio by acquiring new business and generating your own leads.
  • Conduct weekly trading updates with your line manager and key stakeholders, ensuring 100% accuracy in event numbers and sales pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales plan to maximize delivery against sales targets for your entire portfolio.
  • Enhance brand visibility and become the recognized representative of your portfolio, both internally and externally.
  • Monitor competitor activities and stay informed about market dynamics affecting your sector.
  • Set a high standard for the team regarding KPIs, performance targets, and professional behaviors.
Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated success in a consultative new business approach.
  • Experience in event sales is a plus.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
