About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and supports our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Solely responsible for the company's social output across all social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Develop innovative new video content ideas for our social channels, specific to the property industry, and showcase key content on social media in innovative ways that increase engagement levels and audience reach.
- Strategy Development: Work with our directors to develop growth, traffic, and commercial strategies for each channel, and develop social media objectives in line with the wider company growth strategy.
- Content Calendar: Create and manage a content calendar that ensures consistent and engaging content across all social channels.
- Analytics and Reporting: Evaluate data to make recommendations and maintain a successful social approach, and provide weekly and monthly in-depth analysis of all social media channels and content created.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
Requirements:
- Experience: A proven track record of effective content creation and social media management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent writing skills, an eye for good design and photography, and a thorough understanding of online advertising and digital marketing.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: An independent problem-solver, keen on discovering new opportunities, and a goal-driven individual who thrives on challenges and measurable outcomes.
