Job Summary

Crown is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and potential clients, this role requires a bright and welcoming individual who can provide exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • To greet all visitors promptly and complete related security procedures, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.
  • Monitor and respond to the information inbox, liaising with colleagues as necessary to ensure timely replies.
  • Assist with the collation and circulation of brochures, publications, and marketing materials for various events.
  • Manage incoming deliveries of mail and supplies, arranging collection by traders and staff.
  • Take messages, direct calls, and provide information in a warm and confident manner.
  • Escort guests to meeting rooms when requested.
  • Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks, including post, photocopying, document collation, typing, laminating, and booking meeting rooms.

Person Specification

Essential Skills

  • Experience in a busy customer-focused service role would be beneficial.
  • Good basic education with GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
  • Courteous telephone manner and the ability to reply promptly to email enquiries.
  • Multi-tasker who can work well under pressure and uses initiative.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.

The suitable candidate will be presentable, have great people skills, and be friendly and polite. They will be able to work well in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
