Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the office manager and other staff members, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
  • Mail and Document Management: Prepare and dispatch mail and enclosures, as well as distribute mail deliveries daily.
  • Reception Duties: Greet and welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Correspondence and Filing: Prepare correspondence using our case management system and administer filing systems, including daily filing and storage of client files.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent Reception Experience: A minimum of [insert time period] years of experience in reception duties, preferably in a legal environment.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
  • Initiative and Organization: Demonstrate initiative and be highly organized, methodical, and presentable.
