Qualifications and Experience
- NMC Registered Nurse with a post-registration qualification in Oncology or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
- A minimum of five years of qualified nursing experience, including at least two years at a Band 6 level.
- Proven experience in managing breast cancer patients and a strong background in patient education and health promotion.
- Experience in a senior nursing role, providing guidance to the multidisciplinary team on treatment decisions and advocating for patients.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Advanced clinical assessment skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
