Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Breast Cancer Care Specialist to join our team at Spire Montefiore Hospital. As a key member of our breast unit, you will provide high-quality care to patients with breast cancer, working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide planned care for breast cancer patients, delivering effective and appropriate patient care through clinical expertise and leadership.
  • Act as a resource and facilitator for all breast cancer care within the hospital, working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies.
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring patient needs are met and care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients with breast cancer.

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse with valid NMC registration and no restrictions or conditions.
  • Accredited SACT administration course and Breast Care Certificate.
  • Previous experience in cancer care and services, with excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and excellent patient care.
