Strategic Dimensions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced commercial Reward lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the firm's corporate functions and contribute to the development of our compensation and benefits strategies.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of designing and implementing effective reward and recognition programs, as well as experience in reward plans and processes, international employment and mobility, and reward systems and role grading/pay benchmarking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive reward and recognition strategies to drive business performance and employee engagement
- Design and deliver training programs to support the implementation of new reward and recognition initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of reward and recognition programs
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform reward and recognition strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
Requirements:
- Proven experience in reward and recognition design and implementation
- Strong understanding of reward plans and processes, international employment and mobility, and reward systems and role grading/pay benchmarking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
